Current Words for Thought


One Day at a Time.

 

 

Sounds great on paper, but what happens when you need it yesterday? What do you do, just shut down, go into frenzy, get mad at the world, or stop take a deep breath and punt?

 

Most of us are living lives that we have setup expectation to keep getting better and better so that we can reap the rewards. There have been days in my life when I thought if I heard one more negative voice from the past – I was going shoot myself – since I couldn’t shoot the past.

 

What I have learned to do to handle these times is prepare for them.

1.I yell silently to the past – stop- stop-stop. Since I can’t think two thoughts at a time, I choose not to listen, forcing myself to do and think something positive.

2.I have several symbols that represent I’m OK.

 

 They include:

a)the Happy Face that comes with Microsoft Assistant.

b)a picture of something that pleases me.

c)I have made several subliminal cds I just pick one.

d)I smile, and smile, and smile.

e)listen to a song that makes me happy. ( I have selected a few bars of a song – that sets me on fire, listen to them over and over.)

 

The subconscious mind thinks in pictures – so when you show it a picture that has been a positive experience it has already seen – it thinks it is there. Or when you play a song or subliminal that has generated positive feelings before will generate them again.  Once you have connected with one of the symbols you have chosen, you begin to re-feel those good feelings. Turning yourself around

 

So when you need it yesterday – get those symbols out so you can accomplish your goal with speed, ease, comfort and joy.


 

 Doesn’t everyone?


 

 How many times do you take things for granted?  Everyone is in the same boat, struggling to make ends meet, or gee our kids just don’t get it.


 

  What I am leading up to is how complacent are you in your current life style. Have you gotten into a rut. If you were to stop and look at your life, are you doing the same old thing everyday?


 

Is there no more excitement in living, you aren’t looking forward to getting up in the morning to discover what’s going to happen next?  Rather you are waking up, with the Oh My God attitude – I don’t know if I can stand another day like this. 


 

So where are you  in the pecking order of life – waking up – wondering what is going to happen next or wanting to pull the covers over your head – shutting out the boring life you are living?


 

You are what you think – this isn’t airy fairy, just the plain truth.


 

So how do you change  your stinking thinking? You spend a few minutes a day inside your own mind, changing your thought patters.  For some this is easy for other – it is a chore because they can’t shut off their thoughts that keep distracting them from doing what they came to do inside themselves.


 

How do you keep your mind focused on your business.  Doing this is an acquired taste – it takes training and self discipline.  The best way to start is to sit quietly thinking about something that is pleasant to you.


 

Once you have done that you begin to feel relaxed. You can start by sneaking up on yourself –by starting to think positive thoughts –making yourself stay on them.  If you find your mind wondering – pull it back on the positive thoughts.


 

As you train your mind to do this you’ll become a great positive thought maker.




 


 


When you think I lived another year what comes into your mind?


 

It won't be long until another year has passed. This article isn't about all the things that have happened to you, but it is about all of the exciting things that are waiting for you in the year to come.


 

So how can you leave your old, tired and excess baggage of the past year?  You begin now to build the subconscious belief that you can  leave the past year's events behind you with speed, ease, comfort and joy. Start creating the subconscious belief you can create new events in your life.


 

At this point in time – you know you are alive, sane and can put each foot in front of the other to accomplish your goals.  If you are feeling that your feet are stuck to the floor, all you are doing is
twisting and turning in the wind – you need to change your subconscious beliefs – that allow you to step into new walking shoes.


 

Sounds easy I know, but it takes time and effort on your part. I am asking you to designate 15 minutes daily to give you the motivation to step into those new shoes.


 

The Subconscious Statement of Fact is:  I now truly believe I have the inner beliefs that I  now  have the motivation  to accomplish my goals with speed, ease, comfort and joy.


 

Write this 7 times daily, each time you have a negative thought you simply imagine you are moving it outside yourself.  When you do this you create a void – that you can fill with your new Subconscious Statement of Facts.


 

Sounds easy I know, but it takes time and effort on your part. I am asking you to designate 15 minutes daily to give you the motivation to step into those new shoes.


 

The Subconscious Statement of Fact is:  I now truly believe I have the inner beliefs that I  now  have the motivation  to accomplish my goals with speed, ease, comfort and joy.

What does the word Absolute mean to you?


 

When we are absolute in our beliefs they become our reality, with no questions ask. It is only when we have the what if’s that we waver in our moving forward in life.We were born with a perfect I Am inside us. It is life’s experiences that has placed layers of insecurities on our internal perfect I Am. It is those life experiences that erode the internal I am OK feeling . Each negative feeling closes off the internal opening more and more to our physical, spiritual and emotional well being that provides us with the feeling I AM OK. Until one morning you wake up with the feeling that you are alone in this universe. There isn’t a I AM feeling, just the sounds of chattering voices telling you all of the reasons why you aren’t good enough.


 

So what do you do?  How do you stop the negative chattering voices long enough to find a pathway back to your I AM and being ABSOLUTE about yourself?  Here is a very effective way:  Just keep yelling to yourself mentally – STOP, STOP, STOP. Since you can only think one thought at a time, if you have to think STOP – your chattering voices have a new job think the words STOP.Once you are only hearing STOP begin to imagine you are connecting to your I AM which will be delighted to send back to you  the internal feelings of peace, safety and contentment.  Once you have gotten to that point again, you will always be able to reach that state – by just imagining it you are there.




 


 

                  STEP BY STEP

Putting life together is a process. No matter how you cut it, you have to put one foot in front of the other.  Sounds easy doesn’t it? I want you to follow yourself for one week. Many times we automatically go into an emotional pattern that becomes so natural, we don’t even think about our steps.


 

Let’s run through the steps in your day.  I want you to follow your steps for 1 week, writing down the answers to the questions every day.  So you can see what life pattern(s) you are living. 


 

Write down how do you wake up – smiling, grumpy, frustrated or feeling trapped? 


 

Bathroom time – as you are doing your thing – do you continue the feelings of your wake up mode?


 

Into the kitchen what next? Good breakfast, happy family, just thinking let me out of here, or what am I going to do with my life?


 

On the way to work, driving the kids, running errands or dealing with the problems of the day, what is your mood now?


 

Midmorning, what shape emotionally are you in? As you have been moving through your morning Step by Step.


 

If your energy level has dropped, what are you doing to raise it?


 

Lunch – where, as you are accessing your morning, what are your feelings?


 

After lunch, feelings please?


 

Midafternoon – what’s happening?Coming home, greeting the spouse who stays home, or if single coming home to an empty nest.


 

Feelings, thoughts, and reactions please.


 

Dinner?


 

Early evening how are you relating to your environment/


 

Getting ready for bed – thoughts going through your mind.In bed, watching TV, having sex or is your mind racing into tomorrow?


 

Write out your feelings, expectations, wants or desire. Include how you handle your daily life – step by step.  Once you have determined what you want to change in your life, hypnotherapy is the quickest way to accomplish the changes permanently.


 


 




 


 

HOW DO YOU USE THIS IMPORTANT NOW MOMENT?


 


As you read this, you must keep in mind that this moment is your only reality. Your past moment is gone and the next one isn’t here yet. It is what you are thinking at this moment that creates your future now.


 

You know that the subconscious mind sends out the vibes through your thoughts, attracting to you what those thoughts are filled with.  It is your choice to decide if the vibration is filled with fear or belief that you are an adult inside and can handle anything that crosses your life from an adult point of view.


 


Many times when we face the unknown – our inner voice speaks to us – directing us to feel afraid of the unknown.  Which we do and once that fear starts it grows tentacles that move into other areas of our lives.  All at once, we are like Chicken Little, thinking that the sky is falling on us and we have no control.  If you are at that point in time, it is time for you to begin to cut off those fear tentacles  that have moved into all areas of your life. 


 

 Remember what you think at the moment, as long as it is positive BEGINS TO cut the tentacles off.


 

Of course, it isn’t a party when we are thrown into the unknown or change. But it can turn into a party that can be enjoyed once we have changed our state of mind. Believing that we have the tools to make this a fun party. Beginning to use your wits in your now thinking.   I guess this is a way of saying that you must keep your cup half full, not half empty.

Just because it is the Holiday Season


 


Just because it is the Holiday Season, doesn’t change the family dynamics you have lived with all of your life. So many of us think just because we are wanting peace on earth – that it will filter down to family members who aren’t singing off the same page we are.  I can remember the fighting that went on in our family during Christmas, especially Christmas Eve when everyone got together to exchange gifts.  The gotcha syndrome was in full swing – by choice of presents.  The woman who married my Uncle had told my Grandmother when she married her son – that she couldn’t kiss him anymore – he was hers now. So she always came to Christmas on the muscle – aching for someone to walk across the line she had drawn in the sand.  Some Christmases she got her wish – than the fight was on for the next year. 


 

 Ex-husbands and wives, along with their new mate add an extra touch of turmoil to the mix. The kids don’t know who to be loyal to as they spend the time the court has granted each parent.  So real life during the Holidays, doesn’t always promote Peace on Earth and  Good Will to man. If you are in a negative situation during the holidays, how do you deal with it? You have to be able to not respond to the negatives around you.   


 

One way to help yourself is to create this Subconscious Statement of Fact.  I now truly believe I can and now do release past negative events in my life. I now choose to look at life from a neutral point of view. I attain and maintain this belief with speed, ease, comfort and joy. 


 

Once you can be neutral, there isn’t any point at which someone can yank your chain.
