LIFESTYLE TIME MANAGEMENT  Walking, Living in Several Worlds, and Liking It.

How many times have you wanted to be you  but continued on your current life path? Your actions being dictated from tradition or past experiences i.e. you have to follow in the family’s idea of what you should be. Than one day you wake up, being mad at your self for having no guts to change.  It happens to all of us, so when it does, what can we do?

Making Smart Moves is the best solution.  We all like some form of instant gratification most of the time.  If it feels good let’s do it  and if it feels really good lets do it again and again and again.

On the other hand, dying inside a little more each day, when we know we are on the wrong path for us  cutting off our natural creative energy  we begin to become sick and grumpy.

HONESTY WITH YOURSELF IS THE BEST POLICY.
 
Answering the following questions.

1.   Who are you  today?
 2. Who do you want to be?
 3.   Who is the person you are expected to be?

Now that you have a real clue about where you are in life, you can begin to mold yourself to meet all of the demands in your life, including honoring who you want to be.  I call it LIFESTYLE TIME MANAGEMENT.   For so many hours per day, I am a Corporate Coach, Hypnotherapist, Writer, Clairvoyant, Teleclass Teacher, Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Friend. In my case, when I close my bedroom door at night - I am I  in my rawest energy form.  When I am in this state of mind I regenerate my energy.

So each of you must find someplace where you can experience your rawest form of energy to keep yourself regenerated, until you can put yourself on the path you want to be. In the mean time, we are all living with people, places and things  so the operative words are adaptability and flexibility. When you accept that you will always be expected to wear many hats in your life, you can keep yourself mentally on the cutting edge of your own reality, until you can live that reality physically.


PERSISTENCY AND CONSISTENCY HAS GOT TO BE THE BACKBONE OF YOUR GAME.


What feelings do you experience when you read the words, persistency and consistency? Are those words ONLY for other people, do they make you think you must keep banging your head against the brick walls you have created in your life, or are those words the backbone of your existence?

This week your task is to figure out exactly what those words mean to you. If they have a negative connotation you need to change it. If they have a positive connotation, then you need to figure out how to apply that energy to all of your goals.

I have been accused over the years of never saying die. I have also been smart enough to know when to hang in there, when to adjust my thinking, and when to just walk away. When you are comfortable with all three of these actions, you will always be a winner, spiritually, physically and mentally.
